Early Career Award sponsored by Custom Science
Introduced in 2023, we are proud to present a new Early Career Award open to members of the NZSBMB of at least six month's standing.
The award consists of a ReMarkable tablet prize.

The Custom Science NZSBMB Award for Research Excellence
This is our premier prize for research excellence, and it is open to all New Zealand based members of the New Zealand Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology of at least one year's standing.
The award consists of a $2,000 cash prize.
NZSBMB Travel Awards
NZSBMB is committed to supporting early career researchers through the award of conference travel grants. We know that travel funding is also scarce for postdocs and technical staff, therefore, we also support for these important members of our community.
